The 2013 Ford F Series Super Duty Platinum Edition Trim Level has several upgrades compared to the regular super duty. The 2013 Ford F Series Super Duty Platinum Edition Trim Level has a revised exterior with a new grill with a larger Ford logo, "platinum" lettering on the side of the bed, and tailgate applique, and chrome exhaust tip. The interior of the new 2013 Ford F Series Super Duty Platinum Edition Trim Level also has upgrades. There are supple leather seating surfaces, a heated leather wrapped steering wheel with wood accents, wood accents throughout the cabin, and new Sync with MyFord Touch with larger knobs and buttons allowing easier use with gloves. Personally I love the new 2013 Ford F Series Super Duty Platinum Edition Trim Level. The exterior looks tough and the interior looks pretty luxurious, but practical.
