The Nissan Rogue Sport turned heads at the 2019 Chicago Auto Show as the subcompact SUV received a nice face-lift for the 2020 model year. It has a new face with a "Vmotion" grille that makes it look a little like the front of the all-new Altima sedan. The refreshed exterior of the Rogue Sport further differentiates it from the Rogue, which although shares part of its name, is in a different class. Making the Rogue Sport stand out even more are two new paint options: Nitro Lime Metallic and Monarch Orange Metallic.

Safety Sense, Nissan Safety Shield 360 does not include adaptive cruise control. However, the Rogue Sport does have the option of ProPILOT Assist, which uses adaptive cruise control to allow for what Nissan calls "hands-on" driving assistance. That means it's not autonomous driving, but it does make driving easier in single-lane highway driving.

The Rogue Sport continues into the 2020 model year with its sole powertrain option still being a 2.0-liter inline four that makes 141 horsepower linked to a Xtronic CVT automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is optional on all three trims: the base S, the midrange SV and the top-end SL.

As of this writing, pricing hasn't been confirmed for the 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport, but we expect it to be close to the $22,240 starting MSRP of the 2019 model.
