In Far Cry 6 you play as Dani Rojas, a citizen of Yara and military dropout, who tries to escape the island and only joins the revolution when things get personal. The island of Yara is home to colourful jungles, forests and beaches, as well as new urban environments like the capital city Esperanza. Dani Rojas joins the guerrilla fighters trying to take down the president Anton Castillo, by any means necessary. The guerrilla fighters make use of all the materials they can to modify weapons, create special resolver weapons, and craft powerful backpacks known as supremos. This resolver warfare attitude extends to modifying vehicles, too. Get new animal companions called amigos to help Dani in combat, like Chorizo the sausage dog, Guapo the crocodile and Chicharrón the rooster. Discover guerrilla camps where Dani can upgrade weapons, play dominoes, accept missions, build new camp facilities, and manage los bandidos operations. Far Cry 6 introduces rideable horses for the first time and are perfect for navigating the narrow guerrilla paths that span Yara. Developed by Ubisoft, Far Cry 6 will launch on PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, and Stadia on 7th October.
