With a veritable treasure trove of games lined up for 2022, it’s shaping up to be a great year for PC. Here are 8 of the most anticipated PC games to look out for in 2022. Sponsored by Alienware.

Starfield will be Bethesda Game Studios first new universe in 25 years. Little is known right now, but its teaser trailer and November 11th release date alone are enough to have us hyped. Unveiled during last year’s Game Awards, Nightingale is a first-person survival game from Inflexion Games that sweeps players into a land of eerie forests and mystical swamps befitting a Victorian fairytale. In Forspoken, a young New Yorker named Frey, played by Ella Balinska, finds herself transported to the mythical world of Athia. This open-world RPG not only boasts stunning visuals but a story penned by Uncharted veteran Amy Hennig and Rogue One writer Gary Whitta.

Originally a PlayStation exclusive, Uncharted makes its PC debut with the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, which bundles remastered editions of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. From Arkane Austin, the studio behind Prey and Dishonored, comes Redfall, an open-world co-op first-person shooter launching this summer. In Gotham Knights, Batman is dead and it’s fallen to Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, and Red Hood to protect Gotham City. This open-world action RPG is from WB Games Montréal, the developers of Batman Arkham Origins. After almost 20 years, Homeworld is set to return in 2022. With a single-player story, a roguelike co-op mode, and intergalactic PvP battles, Homeworld 3 is set to be an immersive voyage for sci-fi fans.
