Editing a full portrait shoot from start to finish is where you really see whether a workflow holds up. In this video, I’m taking you through my actual process using the TourBox Elite and its Dynamic Panels — a setup I’ve been refining for more than six months across real client work. This isn’t a feature demo or a scripted walkthrough. It’s the way I genuinely move through a full day of portraits: culling, colour work, retouching, and final export.

Tourbox sent this out last year, and I have been using it and refining my workflow since. Thanks to TourBox for sending out the Elite Plus for me to try out, and for sponsoring this video.

Dynamic Panels let me keep the tools I use most right under my hand, without digging through Lightroom or Photoshop menus or breaking my flow. The goal isn’t to “edit faster” as a headline — it’s to stay focused, make consistent decisions, and keep the creative rhythm going when you’re working through hundreds of images from a single shoot. The TourBox layout I’ve settled into has become a natural part of that process.

If you’re curious how a tactile controller fits into real portrait editing, or you want to see a practical start‑to‑finish workflow without shortcuts or gimmicks, this is the full breakdown of how I edit my portraits these days. Thanks to TourBox for supporting the video and letting me show the workflow exactly as I use it.
