Animal Well is a Metroidvania game full of amazing discoveries, obtuse puzzles, and amazing discoveries you can only see upon solving those obtuse puzzles. While exploring the bottom right portion of its map, you can find these caged cats. There are five in total, and anybody with a heart would want to free them. We’ll show you how, then reveal the special reward you get for doing so. Be warned: rescuing the cats can only be done upon completing most of the game, so we will have to talk about some late encounters in this guide.
