With the new Black Adam trailer debuting starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as the titular DC anti-hero, we're giving it the IGN Rewind Theater treatment! That means we're digging into Black Adam's comics origins to explain how he got the powers of Shazam and why he's butting heads (and potentially teaming up with) the Justice Society of America. Doctor Fate (played by Pierce Brosnan) leads the JSA featuring a team with Atom Smasher, Hawkman and Cyclone, and together they welcome the anti-hero Black Adam to modern times. The problem is, Black Adam has no qualms about killing, and Hawkman has some thoughts on that in the new trailer.
