In today's Daily Fix:
You may want to fork over an extra twenty bucks for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, because Activision is offering a better audio experience if you pay for an Enhanced Headphone mode. The tech is provided by Embody, and their Immerse Spatial Audio promises a more immersive (hence the name) audio experience, regardless of what brand of headphones you're using. But it won't come free. A license to use the tech costs $20 and lasts for five years. In other news, Fntastic, the company that tried to bring you The Day Before, has canceled the Kickstarter for their new game, Escape Factory. Fntastic has a record of not releasing games: The Day Before was infamously released into Early Access at a basically unplayable state, with incomplete features, low-res textures, a horrible framerate, etc. The game was subsequently pulled and never officially released, and their Escape Factory didn't even make it out of crowdfunding, with only 15% of their ~$15,000 goal met. However, they did announce a new prop hunt game. We'll see how that goes.

Presented by Batman: Arkham Shadow. Only available on Meta Quest 3 and 3S.
