Set 10 years after Dead Island, the US government and military have locked California down under quarantine and Dead Island 2 is set in hellish vision of LA. 

Dead Island 2 is a first person action-role playing game developed by Deep Silver and is a sequel to Dead Island and the third installment to the Dead Island Series. Set to release April 21, 2023 on Playstation 4 (PS4), Playstation 5 (PS5), PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.
