Derby County Community Trust aims to help the community stay healthy and connected through a range of programs and services for local residents. After a recent move to a new location and increasing its full-time staff to 72, the U.K.-based nonprofit invested in Microsoft 365 to help address security and compliance concerns, work more effectively, and modernize its workplace. When all 72 employees transitioned to working remotely due to COVID-19, they quickly turned to Microsoft Teams to continue delivering much-needed programs and services to the community.
