DJI’s Air 3 joins the Mavic 3 in having multiple cameras, with a 3X zoom joining the 24mm equivalent main camera. Unlike the Mavic 3, though, both the Air 3’s cameras offer equally high quality up to 4K 60p with DJI LogM. That makes the zoom more useful for cinematic shots, like dramatic reveals you could never do with the main camera. It also introduces the new O4 transmission system that greatly increases range. Apart from that, it’s like a mini Mavic 3, with obstacle detection on all sides, and the usual suite of features like subject tracking, QuickShots, MasterShots and Hyperlapse.
