In this video, I compare the Fly Over feature on iOS Maps on the new iPhone 5 to the 3D Buildings (only available on Anrdroid) on Google Earth on the Galaxy Nexus. Overall, I have to say that Fly Over looks more realistic, while 3D Buildings has more details.
