Ford Freestyle Hindi Review - Figo Cross or Much More | ICN Studio

Ford Freestyle is claimed to be the country's first 'compact utility vehicle', but it essentially is a cross hatch based on the Figo. But it is the most capable vehicle in its category, thanks to the brilliantly tuned suspension setup and a class-leading ground clearance of 190mm. What's also new with the Freestyle is Ford India's all-new 1.2-litre,3-cylinder engine that belongs to the same Dragon family that made its debut with the 2017 EcoSport. This engine churns out a maximum power output of 96bhp and a peak torque of 120Nm, thus making it the most powerful 1.2-litre engine. Besides that, the vehicle also gets a new 5-speed manual transmission sourced from Getrag which is lot smoother than the one available on the Figo. Though the claimed mileage is 19kmpl, it gave us around 13kmpl which according to us was impressive since we mainly drove it in rough roads.
