Samsung just unveiled the Galaxy Tab S family of tablets, which includes both an 8.4 and a 10.5-inch version of the slate. We recently had a chance to check out the larger of the two and boy is it a beauty. Samsung crammed some great hardware into a thin and light body, but more importantly it attached its stellar Super AMOLED screen to the device, making this one of the best large-screen tablets we've seen yet.
