Project Loon aims to provide Internet Access to rural and remote areas using high-altitude balloons. In this talk, our Project Loon engineers give us a behind-the-scenes look at the engineering challenges involved in monitoring, navigating and predicting balloon movements 20 km up in the stratosphere.
