Low on health and not near a first aid kit? Use this exploit to refill your health bar in Grand Theft Auto V.
Provided that you aren't being pursued by police (having a wanted level prohibits you from switching characters), swap from the character you want to heal to another one - i.e. Franklin to Michael or Michael to Trevor. Immediately switch back to your original character and you'll find that their health bar has been fully replenished and all damage masks have disappeared.
