As of today AMD has released another refresh of their Polaris architecture the RX 590 GPU. Powered with 12nm Polaris 30 chipset, they have promised this will deliver 10 to 15% more performance at the same or less power draw than their RX 580 counter part and rival Nvidia's GTX 1060.
