We sat down with the creators of the upcoming Mythic Quest spin off, Side Quest, to hear all about how they brought the "mortals" of Mythic Quest to life.
We chatted with co-creator and executive producers Katie McElhenney and Ashly Burch, and executive producers Megan Ganz and Genevieve Jones, for an honest conversation of the upcoming anthology series.
From where the inspiration came from on which characters to follow, to their storylines and character development outside of Mythic Quest, to the intention of an episode focusing around a black comic book shop and community in the nerd space. We even find out if a hilarious and utterly wild dance number with Derek Waters’ Phil, is inspired by Rob's interpretive dance in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia!
