Polite Society follows an aspiring stuntwoman as she attempts to save her sister from an impending marriage. For IGN Fan Fest, we sat down with stars Ritu Arya and Priya Kansara, as well as director Nida Manzoor to breakdown a pivotal fight scene in the film. Inspired in part by the martial arts of Kill Bill and the comedic sensibilities of Step Brothers, the clip sees sisters Ria (Kansara) and Lena (Arya) come to blows after a disagreement.

Manzoor, Arya, and Kansara talk about the references and choreography behind the fight while also reflecting on its unique approach to tackling the social pressures women face under a so-called “polite society.” You can check out Polite Society when it lands in theaters on April 28th.
