Most of the 39,000 people who live in Nunavut, Canada are Inuit, the indigenous people of the region. Nunavut is a vast territory, representing one-fifth of the country’s total land mass. Villages are spread far apart, with little physical access to other areas by motor vehicles. Now the territory has laid the foundation for Microsoft Teams to deliver programs and services to the remote communities across the region.
