Managing an organization’s knowledge network requires powerful tools. Knowledge Managers can use the new Topic Center destination to survey the complete landscape of topics in their tenants and manage the ever-changing list of AI-mined and human-curated topics.
In this session, we’ll walk through the actions available to Knowledge Managers from the Topic Center: Knowledge Managers will be to review the list of newly discovered AI-mined topics and confirm or reject the AI suggestions. Knowledge Managers will also be able to publish topics that are ready to be seen by a broader audience or prune topics with incomplete or inaccurate information.
