In this experiment, I pour ferrofluid over-top of several different types of magnets. The magnets are locked within the superconductor's magnetic fields, allowing the fluid to float in midair around the magnet! -This is both flux pinning & Meissner effect- I also pour different acrylic paints and solubles which seem to destablize the magnetic fields.

1st experiment - 1 1/8" o.r. x 1" i.r. x 3/4" x 45º Arc Magnet N50
2nd experiment - 3/4" tip-to-tip x 1/8" thick Star Magnet N42
3rd experiment - 3/16" x 3/16" x 3/16" thick Nickel Plated Cube Magnet N52 In Halbach Array Configuration
