After starting my Android home automation series, I've noticed there are a lot of comments that are inaccurate. I wanted to take the time to clear up some common misconceptions.
1. If someone steals your phone, they can go inside your house :26
2. If the battery dies on your phone, how will you open the door 1:00
3. What if the battery dies on the door lock 1:11
4. Using an NFC tag means anybody can open the door 1:34
5. Can I communicate with my home controller if I'm not connected to the same Wifi Network 1:56
6. What if (company) goes out of business 2:34
7. It cost too much money 2:58
8. It's unnecessary, pointless, it's just a toy 3:12
9. Installation is too much work 3:37
