Sony has released the new A7s III which gives us an entirely redesigned menu system with touch interface in both the main menus as well as all function overlays. There are some really great new features included here as well so this is a dedicated video. This will be the new Sony menu system moving forward.

The new menu system is something Sony owners have been asking for since - well - years now. And we finally have it! The menu system has a split screen based interface so you can see all of the options in each folder without having to navigate in and out of submenus. This can all be accessed via touch - and there is a touch and hold function so you can see what each category is before selecting. Touch also works in the function menus and what’s really nice is these are accessible WHILE recording both internally and externally. You can also see that this camera has a fully articulating flip screen as well.

Interestingly, this camera release comes on the heals of the Canon R5 and R6 - will be interesting to compare them at some point in the near future.
