Today Nikon has announced the new Z5 II. This is the entry camera to Nikon's full-frame FX system. While this is not as feature heavy as some of its top of the line cameras, you get an enormous value with this model and it is a massive improvement over the original Z5. The new camera features a back side illuminated, 24 megapixel sensor, and more importantly the EXPEED 7 processor which is the same processor in the Z8 and Z9. Autofocus performance is on par with the top of the line models. The camera features a new viewfinder, burst rate shooting up to 30 frames a second (14 with the mechanical shutter) and it is the first camera that will allow NRAW recording direct to SD cards. What this camera does, it does extremely well.
