Old Movie Has Become a Meme Factory - IGN The Fix: Entertainment

M. Night Shyamalan’s Old movie has generated more than a few bucks at the box office for the famed director. It also generated more than a few memes across the Internet. The film about a family who learns that a secluded beach they’re on is causing them to age rapidly, gave birth to a collection of Old-memes that will surely age a little better. Old dank memes! In other entertainment news, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quatumania is now in production! Director Peyton Reed returns to helm the latest outing of the Avengers’ smallest badasses starring Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly as Antman and the Wasp. Director Peyton Reed took to Twitter and posted what he says is principal photography of day one, featuring that ugly bunny from the first film. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania hits theaters February 17, 2023. And finally, leaked set photos from the upcoming DC Film The Flash seemingly confirm Ben Affleck’s Batman is on set and shooting scenes for the superhero movie. We obviously can’t show the unofficial photos, but they appear to feature a stunt double wearing a cowl very reminiscent to that of Affleck’s Dark Knight riding the Batcycle. Looking at the shape of the cowl and examining the details on the Batcycle, there are many similarities to how Batman and the Batmobile have been depicted in the Justice League movies. So far, we’ve got two Micheal Keaton as Batman, Ben Affleck as Batman and Sasha Calle as Supergirl - we’ll have to wait and see who else shows up to the party when The Flash movie arrives in theaters November 4th, 2022.
