Whip Shot - dmg 70 rng 20m //
barrier shield 600 shield - healing 100 shield per s - 3.85 mps - 3 sec //
Shield Bash - dmg 50 range 6m - dur 1 second stun - cool 5 seconds //
Rally Health 30 armor per second up to 150 armor - aoe 3m - dur 10 - charge 1750 points
