According the PS Blog, PlayStation Plus will enter an open weekend from Friday, February 13 to Monday, February 16 -- so if you aren't currently a PlayStation Plus member, that means you will be able to play with your friends online this weekend for free. That said, the usual restrictions apply, so you won't be able access the PS Plus monthly games, Store discounts and Cloud Storage.
