This budget pocket-size motorized camera slider is super easy to use!

**UPDATE!**
I e-mailed the company and also sent them a video and this was their response:
"Hi Armando,
Thank you for the video.
Our engineers checked the video, the preliminary conclusion is that during the fall, the slider suddenly accelerates due to inertia, resulting in damage to the gearbox. I'm afraid there is nothing you can do to fix it.
Could you please send it back so we can analyze further and fix it?"

I do want to say this slider is amazing and incredibly smooth I was a bit bummed that it easily broke and an accident like this can happen to anyone. I also understand that dropping any type of electronic equipment can result in permanent damage.
However, I do feel the fall wasn't that high and as stated in my video didn't land on concrete. Perhaps they could use a more reinforced gearbox to avoid this from happening. Hopefully because of this accident and feedback they can finish off with a better product!
