We've seen a shock and awe of smartwatches this year, a teaser of what's to come over the next few years. With smartphones in more pockets than not, companies are now looking toward the next frontier, and that seems to be wearable technology. We've seen devices from Samsung, Adidas, Pebble and Sony, but one smart watch we've heard little about is Qualcomm's Toq, which was quietly announced a few months ago—and it's everything the Galaxy Gear is not.
