Resident Evil 4 Remake's VR Mode reviewed by Travis Northup on PlayStation VR2.
This is yet another great iteration of the iconic survival horror game, and definitely worth playing for anyone searching for grounds to revisit parasite-infested rural Spain. The catch is that translating a third-person shooter into a first-person VR game doesn’t always work as well as one might hope, and some of the ways you interact with the world feel half-baked by the standards set in the VR modes of Biohazard and Village. Even so, this fantastic remake is otherwise as stellar as you might expect in VR form, especially where the incredibly impressive graphics and audio design are concerned. So sure, you’ve probably already played this game before, but one more time through it honestly couldn’t hurt – Resident Evil 4 Remake VR Mode is more than enough reason.
