We got to sit down and play 5 hours of Resident Evil Village on PS5. Here's what we thought of this 5 hour slice of Resident Evil Village gameplay.

The demo we went hands-on with starts out in the snowy mountainside looking out to the large, eerie Castle Dimitrescu, housing internet sensation Alcina Dimitrescu, where she is accompanied by her three daughters, Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela. The demo had us work our way through the village near the base of Castle Dimitrescu by way of solving puzzles and being hunted down by packs of lycans. Upon reaching the castle itself, protagonist Ethan Winters finds himself sneaking through the castle while evading the Dimitrescu family in order to avoid their torturous desires as they stalk him through the castle in real time.
