Jon R is back to discuss various topics in and out of the tech world. On this week's episode, Jon riffs on the short-lived Flappy Bird. Most app developers can only dream of what it would be like to have the number one spot in Apple's iOS App Store. Dong Nguyen achieved that dream but he says it was unintentional. Dong claims he disliked the extra attention the app was bringing him so he took it down. Reports say that Flappy Birds was bringing in close to fifty thousand dollars per day but wasn't about the money for Dong. It's nice to see a developer not be in it for the money but we wonder if it was the right decision? All this and more in this episode of Rettinger's Riffs!
