Shinichiro Watanabe's Lazarus, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 & More Anime To Watch | Comic Con 2023

Comic-Con is back and for anime, 2023 has been a year of some highly anticipated returns. Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 premiered earlier this month, marking a triumphant return for the massively popular series. Studio MAPPA delivered stunningly dynamic visuals in season 1 and there’s much to look forward to as season 2 broaches exhilarating narrative arcs and introduces fan-favorite characters. Likewise, part 3 of Attack on Titan’s final season is expected to drop sometime this Fall. 

New gems include Zom 100, a post-apocalyptic comedy that follows an overworked salaryman ecstatic that he no longer has to go to work. This quirky take on the end of the world makes this series one to keep an eye on.  Other series to keep an eye on are Sand Land, Chainsaw Man, Reborn as A Vending Machine, and Netflix's live action adaptation of One Piece.
