In this video, I review the SmartStay Ex app available for free from Google Play. This app uses your phone or tablet's front facing camera to detect your face so it knows not to shut off the screen and will keep it on past the normal set screen time as long as a face is detected. Basically, its the same functionality you get on TouchWiz on the Samsung Galaxy S3 but for other phones. I tested it here on a Galaxy Nexus.
