Sonos just released the $250 Era 100 speaker, a replacement for the Sonos One that's been around since 2017. On the surface, the Era 100 feels similar to the One, but Sonos totally redesigned it on the inside. Those changes make the Era 100 a better-sounding and more flexible speaker than the One it replaces.
