This week Sony announced the new Xperia 1 mark II which is their newest flagship phone. Incorporating technology from the Sony Alpha cameras such as the A9, this is a seriously powerful smartphone. We now get 3 cameras, fast EYE AF and Animal AF, a much improved battery capacity and more.

Also we have the development announcement for the Xperia PRO. This will be a 5G capable smartphone with micro HDMI input for monitoring video and incorporating into high-end broadcast via 5G.
