Sony Xperia 1 II :: Hands on - its INCREDIBLE!!!

The Sony Xperia 1 II is here! I've had a chance to use this phone for the last week and a half - I have to say, Sony have stepped up their game. This is a flagship phone that competes with the Samsung S20, Google Pixel and even the iPhone 11.

Sony have made many improvements from the original Xperia in their new flagship smartphone. We now have a 4000 mAh battery, wireless and 21W fast charging. The camera system has been completely redesigned with 3 new lenses and an integrated 3D time-of-flight sensor. There's also a new dedicated camera app - Photo Pro which gives you full manual and auto control of every aspect of the camera system. I've got some test shots for you to see - I think this is one of the best cameras we've seen on any smartphone.

Internal hardware has been upgraded as well - Snapdragon 865, 8GB RAM, 256GB of storage. This phone is faster and more efficient than its predecessor. We still have the amazing Cinema Pro app, but now we have the capability of shooting up to 4k 60p or 1080 120p.
