NASA's unique QRSA experimental aircraft is up for auction with a current bid of $22,000. The aircraft, a modified de Havilland DHC-5 Buffalo, was used to test the viability of jets with short landing ranges. The auction listing warns that the aircraft is not in good condition and hasn't undergone routine maintenance, making airworthiness uncertain.
