Lucia – a detective for the Metro City Police Department who first appeared in Final Fight 3 – makes her high-kicking Street Fighter debut in Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. It takes a tough cop to police the mean streets of Metro City. Thankfully, Officer Lucia Morgan is able to kick up some heat when needed.
