She takes the new Mercedes-Benz GLB (2020) for a day of city driving with a fun detour through muddy off-road terrain – a flashback for the native Namibian, who learned to drive all-wheel vehicles around her family ranch at a young age.


While its exterior design already hints at the inherent DNA of the classic Mercedes-Benz G-Class, the interior of the new Mercedes-Benz GLB wows with a spacious cabin, room for seven people, a stunning level of comfort and up to 1,805 litres of luggage compartment capacity.


Follow along as Leonie discovers the fully digital cockpit including MBUX with “Hey Mercedes” voice control and augmented reality navigation as well as intelligent safety and assistance systems coming from higher tiers. Oh, and did we mention the built-in spa treatment? Nobody said a car that can go off-road would need to go without the innovative luxuries that make life easier.
