Every year, Microsoft hosts an event called One Week, where we encourage folks to step outside their normal work, drum up new ideas, tackle problems, create change and make a difference. The capstone event of One Week is our Hackathon, the largest private hacking event in the world. This year, Kevin Scott, Microsoft’s EVP/Chief Technology Officer and Kathleen Hogan, Microsoft's Chief People Officer, are sponsoring hacks whose goal is to create more Diversity & Inclusion in our workplace and the products we make, both at Microsoft and throughout the world at large. Here's a brief video we made to hopefully get some creative juices flowing! -Kevin Scott, Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, Microsoft
