First responders, teachers, police: These are some among the many critical people who contribute to the health of our communities in Seattle and the Puget Sound region, and they are being priced out. The area faces a homelessness problem and rising housing costs that have increasingly pushed out people with lower and middle incomes. That’s why Microsoft is contributing $500 million to help address the affordable housing crisis on the Eastside of King County and the Puget Sound region. Read more:
