The War of the Worlds: Siberia is an upcoming action-adventure game set in an alternate history version of late 19th century Russia developed by 1C Game Studios. Inspired by the classic science fiction novel by H.G. Wells, Earth was the target of a massive Martian invasion. Several characters attempt to save themselves by fleeing panic-stricken Petrograd and head for the eastern end of the Russian Empire. The game promises stealth elements, spatial puzzles, and dozens of weapons to wield from cap-lock rifles and black powder pistols to the Maxim machine gun. The War of the Worlds: Siberia is launching at a later date with platforms to be announced.
