These 3 Arm Exercises Will Give You The Sculpted Muscles You've Always Wanted

It's no secret that big arms are a great thing to have, and these three exercises are all you need to get your guns sculpted in no time. We teamed up with Oz Ben-Eli at Core Excellence Gym in Montreal to bring you this game-changing workout.

First up, we have the suspended bicep curl. What you'll need here is a TRX suspension trainer -- and the desire to have bigger biceps. Place yourself at a 45-degree angle to the wall and perform a bicep curl. The closer your feet are to the wall, the more difficult this exercise will be. Fully extend your arms, then bring your fists to your ears. That's one rep.

Now it's time to move on to the tricep extension with dumbbells. Grab two dumbbells and lie down on an incline bench with your feet up to stabilize your back. Let your head hang over the edge of the bench and extend your arms. Now slowly bend your arms at the elbow in a hammer-grip motion.

Last but not least, we have the kettle-bell shoulder press. Grab a kettle bell and point it bottom side up. This will engage your shoulder stabilizers and make the exercise more difficult. Once your wrist, elbow, and shoulder are aligned, perform a shoulder press, making sure that your shoulder does not touch your cheek.
