Unfortunately No GH5 Focus Breakthrough For You :) Peter Gregg

As much as we all wanted it to be true - there is no GH5 break-though. Maybe Panasonic will make further adjustments, or maybe they won't, no one can talk about that. The camera is already doing the faster focus, just not in 30p at 1/30 sec or 180° angle shutter speeds. Move to 30p 1/60 sec or 179° angle and you have the camera best speeds. Same for 24p (no to 1/25 and 180° - yes to 1/50 and 179°).

1 Softbox in front of me, 1 softbox behind me, 1 softbox to the side aimed at the ceiling because the room was too dark (this raised the overall light levels of the room).
