Introducing the all-new Volkswagen ID. Buzz!

It’s an all-electric people carrier that’s based on classic VW vans of the past, and Mat’s on hand to see if this MPV has what it takes to become more popular than SUVs!

Unfortunately, we’ve only got our hands on a prototype for this video, so we’re pretty limited on what we can show you. However, Mat is at least allowed to explain to you what he’s seeing!

One thing we can share, however, is the performance stats. The ID. Buzz comes equipped with a 77kWh battery pack which is good for a claimed range of 250 miles. This version is rear-wheel-drive and can produce 204hp & 310Nm of torque. However, there’s a four-wheel-drive version in the works which will be good for 300hp!

When it comes to price, it’s due to cost from around £50,000. But will it be worth it? You’ll need to stick with Mat to find out!
