It's the stuff of horror movies. Lilerally. In a real life Pet Sematary happening a cat named Bart came back to life after being turned into street meat.

This happened. The cat is one tough SOB and we're pretty sure Fox and Mulder are on their way to interview the kitty's owner. Or the actual FBI is poised to clone the feline for military purposes a la project treadstone/blackbriar. Because that cat is either an indestructable biological anomaly or the zombie apocalypse has finally begun... Note: avoid the Terminus.
