While Americans have been familiar with McDonald's for decades, most of us aren't exactly accustomed with what's on the menu in other countries. Check out 10 awesome foreign McDonald's items you can't get in the US.

You may love those burgers and fries at McDonald's but you are also missing on these 10 awesome products that are available at McDonald's outside the US.

Number 10 - McDonald's restaurants in Israel offer one exceptionally unique specialty -- the McKebab. Simply described as a kebab served on flatbread, it comes with onions, pickles, lettuce and tomato.

Number 9 - Germany, Italy and France -- they all have the McBeer. The alcoholic beverage is made the traditional way, with barley, yeast, water and hops.

Number 8 - McDonald's McCurry Pan has a home in India. The dish geared towards vegetarians, contains curried veggies like broccoli, mushrooms and baby corn, covered by a creamy sauce. Everything sits in a rectangular crust.

Number 7 -- The chicken maharaja mac is another staple in India franchises. Huge in size, it has a double serving of chicken patties and smoky flavored sauce.

Number 6 -- The McArabia, which is sold in Middle Eastern restaurants, contains two deboned chicken patties, garlic sauce, lettuce, tomato and onions -- all wrapped in Arabic bread.

Number 5 -- Sure we have those rectangular apple pies and seasonal pumpkin pies, but McDonald's Nicaragua offers the same shaped version, only in mango flavor.

Number 4 -- The Lucumu Delight is a hit at McDonald's Peru. It's described as a 'flan-like dessert'.

Number 3 - McDonald's Gazpacho Soup is served chilled in Spain. Lemon juice and Tabasco are the star flavorings. Diced tomato, cucumbers, onions, peppers and celery top off the ingredient list.

Number 2- A summer hit in Australia is the Brekkie Roll, which includes two sausage patties, bacon, cheese, BBQ sauce and mayonnaise.

Number 1 -- The McTurco, is found in, where else, Turkey! The patty is made from lamb meat and served on pita bread.
