The Mercedes GLA is a high-riding A-Class with a more muscular body, bigger alloys, roof rails, a dual exhaust arrangement, tailgate-mounted spoiler and an almost identical interior cabin. The compact crossover is 4417mm long, 1804mm wide, 1,494mm tall and has a drag coefficient of 0.29. It has a cargo space of 421 liters with the rear seats up and 836 liters once you fold them down. Interestingly, the German marque is offering an optional Load Compartment package which increases the load area by 60 liters without having to fold the rear seats. This is possible by moving the backrest of the rear seat unit to a steeper position, granting a cargo space of 481 liters with the rear seats up.
